Terms & Conditions
Booking Fees
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable £50 booking fee is required. If you are booking Occasion Hair a non-refundable £10 booking fee is required, This will come off your final balance. Your booking is only confirmed once this payment has been received. As I only accept one bridal booking per date, the booking fee reserves your wedding date exclusively for you.
Cancellations
The booking fee is non-refundable. If your bridal booking is cancelled within four weeks of your wedding date, or 48 hours for Occasion Hair, the remaining balance may still be payable, as it is unlikely I will be able to rebook the date or appointment at short notice.
Travel & Mobile Services
Mobile services are available across Kent for bridal bookings only. Travel within the first 10 miles (round trip) included. Any additional mileage will be charged at 50p per mile for the round trip from my home address. Parking fees or congestion charges at the venue are to be covered by the client. For all other appointments, I look forward to welcoming you to my home salon in Ashford, Kent.
Bridal Hair Trial
A bridal trial is recommended to discuss your ideas and create your chosen hairstyle ahead of your wedding day. Trial appointments are booked separately and payment is due on the day of your appointment.
Bridal Quotations
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry, including the number of people requiring styling, the venue location and any travel involved. Should any of these details change, your quotation may need to be revised.
Final Payment
The remaining Bridal balance must be paid no later than seven days before your wedding via bank transfer unless another payment arrangement has been agreed in advance.
Any remaining occasion hair balance will need to be paid prior to leaving your appointment.
Final Numbers
Final numbers must be confirmed no later than four weeks before your wedding. After this date, numbers cannot be reduced. Any reductions made within four weeks of the wedding will still be charged at the original quoted amount. Additional people may be accommodated if time allows and will be charged accordingly.
Changes to your booking
If you need to change your wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. If I am unavailable, the original booking fee cannot be transferred or refunded.
Wedding morning
A personalised schedule will be created before your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. To help keep to timings, everyone receiving hair styling should be ready at their allocated time. Delays may affect the schedule and the styles that can be completed.
Photography
With your permission, I may take photographs of your finished hairstyles to use on my website and social media. If you would prefer your images not to be shared, please let me know before your appointment.
Allergies & Medical conditions
Please inform me before your appointment if you have any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions that may affect the products or services provided.
Unforseen Circumstances
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend due to illness or circumstances beyond my control, I will make every effort to recommend another professional stylist. If this is not possible, any payments made for either service will be refunded. My liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
